Submitting a reservation form creates a request only. A ride is not considered booked until JSM Elite Rides confirms availability and accepts the request. Customers are responsible for providing accurate reservation information, including pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count, and flight information when applicable.

Transportation Services

JSM Elite Rides provides private chauffeur transportation in Naples, Florida and surrounding areas. Service availability may depend on vehicle availability, traffic, weather, airport conditions, scheduling, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SMS Messaging

SMS participation is optional. Customers who actively check the SMS consent box may receive messages related to bookings, ride updates, reminders, driver or ride notifications, and customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

To stop SMS messages, reply STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. You may also decline SMS consent and continue with the reservation request.

Payments and Cancellations
